As a Digital Training Manager you’ll spearhead our Client’s ambitious digital training initiative, a cornerstone of their sales strategy. With cutting-edge infrastructure at your fingertips, you’ll design and implement innovative learning solutions that empower tens of thousands of salespeople across five markets. You’ll be accountable for driving measurable improvements in the effectiveness of our Client’s training platform and will work with an international team of training professionals to ensure we are delivering the right solutions for each of the Client’s five operating markets.

You will

  • Be the primary person accountable for optimising M-KOPA’s digital academy platform
  • Design and oversee the delivery of onboarding and continuous training to more than 20,000 sales agents and staff across M-KOPA’s five markets
  • Manage the training curriculum and learner journey to maximise learning and commercial outcomes

You have

  • Evidence of success in a similar role
  • Successful collaborations with cross-functional team members
  • Strong LMS platform experience (Learn Inc. would be ideal)
  • Good Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Success in one of our African markets (Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, South Africa)
  • Expectations of travel
  • Mentoring experience
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (B2-C1)

  • Task Deep Dive 90 mins – This is where most of the magic happens.

  • Final Interview – 30 mins
